STAN DURST, CO-FOUNDER
Stan Durst has over seven years in the Telecom and Cable industries. Stan has worked as a direct sales executive for companies such as Charter and Telepacific. At Charter, he was responsible for selling fiber circuits, cable modems and bulk video services to multiple dwelling units. During his time at Telepacific he provided customers with such solutions as integrated T-1's, Data T-1's, POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service), PRI, MPLS, and Point-To-Point connections. He has also worked for Inter-Connect Pacific States where he honed his skills in the telecom audit side of the business. At Pacific States Stan was directly responsible for the coordination of circuits ordered from carrier to customer, essentially being a super agent. Stan proclaims that Pacific States was the best employer any employee could ever ask for, and if you were ever to need a phone system in the Northern Nevada region, check with them before anybody else.

NICHOLE RAND, CO-FOUNDER
Nichole Rand is a graduate of the University of Nevada-Reno. Her professional life began in the administrative field as an auditor in the vending industry. She later moved on to the next phase of her life as she entered the world of education. From her stints in education as well as the vending world, Nichole became very conscientious of ever growing but manageable telco costs. She decided to do something about this partnering with Co-Founder Stan Durst to form Durstco.

NATALIE ERICKSON, REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Natalie Erickson has been a resident of Reno, Nevada for 21 years. In her time in the Reno/Sparks area she has made a career in various highly regarded sales organizations including TESSCO Technologies and PC-Doctor, Inc. She has a strong background in network infrastructure and telecommunications. Her extensive customer service skills have allowed her to assist her employers in not only maintaining a strong customer base but growing business exponentially. Natalie has also been involved in with many local and national charities, including Food Bank of Northern Nevada, Toys for Tots, and the Silver Angels. Her spirit for charity and talent for sales made a perfect union in her decision to join Durstco Telecommunications.When asked about her position as a Regional Account Executive Natalie said, "To be able to spend my day saving companies money is a dream come true. Sales only becomes a factor in convincing our prospective clientele that great companies like ours exist and our primary objective is to save business owner's money". .

STACY TEEMS, REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Stacy Teems comes to Durstco by way of the U.S. Army where he served as an infantryman and Psychological Operations Specialist. Stacy entered the field of telecommunications in 1998 with AT&T Wireless as a call center sales representative. After receiving his A.A.S in Accounting he continued to master the telecom industry over the last decade, affiliating himself with prominent telecom companies like AT&T business, Verizon & Qwest. His experience and education allow him to specialize in the Psychology of Sales and understanding customer needs, auditing techniques and Business to Business telephone services to include but not limited to: (P.O.T.S lines, Integrated & Dedicated T-1’s and PRI’s).
